1.  Improve Katas by crisper movements, focus on the target and remain level.
2.  When sparring, Taller - Use push kicks and back kicks to keep opponent away.
                            Shorter - Get in close.  
                            Heavier - Use more power advantage. 
                            Lighter - Use your speed advantage. 
                            Faster - Use it.  
                            Slower - Keep it simple.
