** MUST   attend the Introductory Program to qualify for White Belt.
** MUST   wait a minimum of 2 months to test between ranks from White Belt to Yellow
                 Belt for students 10 years & under.
** TESTING -- Other factors involved are student’s attendance and class participation.
                        The final decision is up to the Instructor.
