GOALS & EXPECTATIONS

                  12th Kyu
1.  Know the Student Creed.
2.  Use the mirrors for self assessment.
3.  Practice techniques correctly; speed will develop.
4.  There are four parts to a kick.

                  11th Kyu
1.  Karate is for self-defense only
2.  Look at the target.
3.  Strike with the first two knuckles.
4.  Hit as fast as you can.

                  10th Kyu
1.  Perfect practice makes perfect.
2.  Kick with heel, ball of the foot, outer edge of the foot, or instep.
3.  Its not as important to hit fast, as it is to bring back faster to protect yourself.

** MUST   qualify for 3 Yellow Stripes (Little Dragons 4 Yellow Stripes) BEFORE becoming eligible to test

                 for Yellow Belt for students in Children Beginner.

** Reading material required for Black Belt – For Children and Teens – The Book “Karate-Do”
